For premade items (most everything besides apparel) our handling time is 1-3 business days.
Items labeled "made to order" such as tees and blankets are printed by hand and needs extra time to make and pack. We typically get printed items out within a few days to a week.
This shop is based out of the United States and ships to the following countries: United States of America, Canada, Japan, South Korea, France, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico.

International buyers are responsible for any VAT / taxes that may occur upon delivery. Please consult your country's import laws.
Most domestic (US) orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority mail. International orders are shipped via USPS until reaching your destination country, at which point they will continue using your local carrier. Tracking is always provided.
If your package is exceptionally heavy it will be sent with UPS or Fedex.
If you would like to have your order shipped via courier (Fedex, UPS) or need faster shipping than usual please email support@versiris.com.

Please contact me right away at support@versiris.com. I am only able to update your address before orders ship, so you need to be quick!
Once an order ships we are unable to update the address and the package would need to be returned to sender by the recipient. We are happy to re-ship orders back out that we received this way, but please note you will be responsible for covering shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time. All sales are final. If your order was wrong or damaged, please see the answer below.
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide refunds for orders marked as "delivered" unless they are returned to sender and I receive them back. That said, here are a few reasons why this may happen:
A) Mistake in the address provided
In this case, please contact us at support@versiris.com if you realize the address may be incorrect and I can re-ship the order out when it is returned to me. I am unable to intercept a package once it has shipped. Only if it is returned to sender can I re-route it to you, provided you cover the shipping cost.
B) Mistake with the postal service delivery
Sometimes the delivery driver makes a mistake! Drops it in a bush (real, happened before lol) or just drops it in the wrong mail box. Please contact your local post office and inquire with them using the tracking number. They will be able to help you much better, as I do not have any additional information on my end regarding the location of your package once it's considered "delivered".
C) Package taken or misplaced by others (in very rare cases)
This happens, unfortunately, and sometimes it's an honest mistake. I recommend checking with neighbors and/or building management to locate your package.
This can sometimes happen and it does not always mean your package is literally sitting still! Sometimes the carriers don't scan the package at every stop they make, which can make it seem as if the package is going nowhere. I recommend giving it 1-2 weeks domestically and 5-6 weeks internationally to see if there is any movement. If nothing, still, please email me at support@versiris.com for assistance.
If you believe your order to be damaged or incorrect in some way please email support@versiris.com with a photo and I can rectify the situation at no cost to you once I ascertain the situation.
Please keep in mind enamel pins are all made by hand and as a result may contain small cosmetic imperfections, for example: minor variations in epoxy fill, glitter distribution, metal polish, etc. These slight inconsistences are not considered damage.
Some items will ship separately depending on the combination of items in your order. Some items are made to order and as a result need more time to make and ship than items that are ready to go. You will get tracking numbers as they ship out. Rest assured, if you are missing something the rest is on its way very soon! As a frame of reference: clothing usually ships separately, as well as large home goods (blankets, mugs etc).
If you believe you are missing something in error though, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask.
I do not use a grading system. All pins are pre-inspected by me for damage before being shipped to make sure I only send you the best.
