Shipping policy

Where we ship from / to
This shop is based out of the United States and ships to the US, Canada, Japan, and most European countries.

If your country is not available for shipping at checkout and you would like to order, feel free to send an email to support@versiris.com, but please understand I may decline based on risk.

International buyers are responsible for any VAT / taxes that may occur upon delivery. Please consult your country's import laws.

How we ship
Most domestic (US) orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority mail. International orders are shipped via USPS until reaching your destination country, at which point they will continue using your local carrier. Tracking is always provided outside of domestic lettermail for stickers, which is offered for free. 

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive notification for each package that goes out.

If your package is exceptionally heavy it will be sent with UPS or Fedex.

If you would like to have your order shipped via courier (Fedex, UPS) or need faster shipping than usual please email support@versiris.com.

Handling time
Regular handling time is 1-3 business days, and any items marked pre-order or backorder will ship in the estimated time listed on the item's page.
