Returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time. All sales are final. If you believe your order to be damaged or incorrect in some way please email support@versiris.com with a photo and I can rectify the situation at no cost to you once I ascertain the situation.

Please keep in mind enamel pins are all made by hand and as a result may contain small cosmetic imperfections, for example: minor variations in epoxy fill, glitter distribution, metal polish, etc. These slight inconsistences are not considered damage.
